Lengthening of operating life of the cleaning medium / recycling systems
To lengthen the changing interval of the used cleaning medium, different recycling systems can be adapted at our machines or integrated in the machines.
Ball cock for oil removal
Simple manual drain of the bath surface by a ball cock, to remove bloated fat/oil.

Oilskimmer (integrated in the machine)
Removes the fat/oil from the bath surface that has been bloated after the downtime of the cooled down cleaning medium. The control is automatic by a week timer or the electronic machine control.

Plate phase separator / coalescence precipitator (separate unit)
Separates the dispersed fat/oil during the machine operation from the moved and warm cleaning liquid.

Chip/particle filter with medium cover * (integrated in the machine)
Filters rough dirt/solids/chips without pressure in return from the cleaning medium, e. g. by a pot filter, plate filter or trough filter.

Bag filter plant (separate unit)
Filters pressure side in main stream the complete medium from the nozzle pipe system and removes dirt/solids/particles down to 5 µ by an exchangeable filter bag.

Band filter plant (separate unit)
Filters without pressure in main or side stream dirt as solids/particles/chips from the cleaning medium by an filter band.

Mud separation / Chip removal (separate unit)
Filters daily or weekly during the pumping the complete washing bath in a separate additional tank (incl. bottom rinsing) with automatic return. By building a filter cake inside of the cheap filter elements (paper, foam, stainless steel) any solids up to 10 µ will be removed from the washing medium. This process can only take place during the downtime of the cleaning machines. The control happens automatically by a week timer or the electronic machine control.

Micro- / Ultrafiltration (separate unit)
Separates the emulsified oil in predetermined time intervals by a mechanical separation process with ceramic modules from the washing bath (emulsion breaking). The process lengthens the operating time of the washing medium, reduces the waste water and increases the availability of the system. This function can happen during the operation as well as in downtimes of the cleaning machine.
