Continuous machine - series RT
The cleaning machines of the series RT – continuous machine in round tact proceed beside the line – are an inexpensive and space saving alternative to the conventional continuous machines standing in the production line.
At feeding the round tact machine the washing goods will be taken on individual washing goods carrier and lead by the round tact table on a circle line through the different customized working stations (e. g. washing / rinsing / blow off / drying) until it arrives at the feeding station.
The feeding/loading and the take out, different from the long continuous machine, at the same station/place save an additional operator.
The manual feeding/loading can even be taken by the operator of the production machine.
Likewise simple is the automation of the feeding/loading, where also only one handling is necessary.
The cleaning machine can be set space saving beside the production machine ort he production line – so any existing lines don't have to be divided or interrupted.
The invest costs are in relation to the long continuous machine only ca. the half, partial only a quarter.
The working process
The fixtures for the washing goods are rotating on a tacted turning table, that will be loaded/unloaded manually or automatically through the feed opening.
The turning table tacts these fixtures inside the adjustable tact time through the single stations, where the washing goods on the rotating fixtures depending on the working process will be washed, rinsed, blowed off and/or dried.
Self-evidently also any other at the washing usual and possible additional effects, as stripping, paint stripping, iron or zinc phosphating etc. are realizable.
The washing and the rinsing process happens by a spraying procedure, where depending on the use the washing process works with low pressure up to ca. 8 bar or with high pressure up to some 100 bar.
The blow off with cold compressed air usually happens with factory-own compressed air. System-own compressors can be adapted.
Normally the drying works with hot air produced by the machine itself by an additional aggregate.
Certainly equipment/accessories as
- oilskimmer
- drain device
- mud separation
- micro- or ultrafiltration etc.
can be integrated.
Depending on the use of the operator the machines can be operated with different mediums, as e. g.
- watery solutions
- cold cleaner / solvents
- hydrocarbon-water-mixtures
- easily flammable liquids in explosion proofed areas
The cleaning machines of this series can be operated in the warm/watery
area (series W) or in an special version also with cold cleaning agents/solvents
(series K) or with an indirect heating for the use of a mixture of 20 % hydrocarbon and 80 % water.
