Continuous machine - series DL
Long continuous machines are standing in the line in contrast to the round tact machines – without according buffer or an automation of the feeding/loading and/or unloading of the washing goods there are two people necessary for the operation.
If required the transport of the washing goods can be tacted. The tact times and the working process define the often significant length and thus the needed space and the invest and oprating costs of this machine type.
Each continuous machine is customized in terms of the dimensions, number of single chambers and functions.
The cleaning machines of this series can be operated in the warm/watery
area (series W) or in an special version also with cold cleaning agents/solvents
(series K) or with an indirect heating for the use of a mixture of 20 % hydrocarbon and 80 % water.
